1. Who we are

This website is run by Test Ac. We decide what information is collected here and are responsible for it. To ask about your information, contact us by email at nanitex.official@gmail.com or by phone on 1234557689.

The website, online ordering and our till are provided to us by EPos 365 (operated by Epos Till Tech), which stores and handles your information on our behalf and only on our instructions.

2. What we collect

• When you place an order: your name, phone number and email address; for a delivery, your address and where you place the pin on the map; what you ordered, any note you add, and the time.
• If you create an account: your email address, your name and phone number, the delivery addresses you save, and your past orders. Signing in uses a code sent to your email.
• If you join our newsletter: your email address.
• Automatically: your internet (IP) address, the pages requested and your browser type, used to keep the site secure and limit repeated attempts at forms.

We do not receive or store your card number. Payment is taken by our payment provider, which tells us only whether the payment succeeded.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website.

3. Why we use it

• To take, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. This is needed for our contract with you.
• To send you our newsletter, only if you asked for it. You can stop it at any time by contacting us.
• To keep the website secure and deal with complaints or refunds. This is our legitimate interest in running the business properly.
• To keep sales records, which tax law requires.

4. Cookies and what is stored in your browser

We use only what the website needs to work, so the law does not require us to ask your consent for it:

• a sign-in cookie, set when you sign in, so you stay signed in between pages;
• your cart, kept in your own browser until you order or empty it;
• a short-lived security cookie that our network provider, Cloudflare, may set to block automated attacks.

5. Who we share it with

• EPos 365, which runs this website and our till for us, and the companies it uses to do so: hosting and a database in Ireland and the United Kingdom, Cloudflare for network delivery and security, and an email service that sends your order confirmation.
• Our payment provider (myPOS or Stripe), to take your payment.
• OpenStreetMap. For a delivery, the address you type is looked up to place it on the map, and the map pictures are loaded from OpenStreetMap, which sees your internet address when they load. Your name and order are not sent.
• Whoever delivers your order, who is given your name, address and phone number to bring it to you.

We do not sell your information. Where a provider handles it outside the European Economic Area, that is done under safeguards approved by the European Commission.

6. How long we keep it

• Orders: for as long as we need them for our accounts, which tax law sets at six years.
• Your account: until you ask us to delete it.
• Newsletter: until you ask us to stop.

If you ask us to delete your details we will, keeping only what the law requires us to keep.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, or to give it to you in a form a computer can read. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland’s data protection authority, at dataprotection.ie.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
